Thing 11
Do you want to travel to a Spanish country, but are a bit fearful because you don't know the language? Well guess what, you can download actual lessons onto your I-Pod using SpanishPod. I explored this site and was so a fascinated with all the things it has. It ranges from actual lessons to answers to grammar questions and much more. This is a good tool especially for independent students. Definitely a good resource.

Thing 10
I love this feature. I can see myself using it a lot especially to engage students. It was a bit confusing to use, but once I figured it out, it was not that difficult to create. I think I need more practice, but am happy that I was introduced to it.

Thing 9
This has a lot of information. I may have to go back and revisit. So far, the best one has been Technorati. I tried looking for Spanish sites, and was directed to Spanish 24/7, and a I-tune website that students can use to practice their Spanish came up. I would have never discovered this. I think this is an excellent tool especially for those students that are so tech savy.
Thing 8
I can see how RSS would be a great tool. Many of the websites that I go onto are Spanish websites. Unfortunately, it looks like more than a few are not set up to feed into google reader. However, as I find more and more websites, I now know where to put them for easy reference.
Thing 7
I cannot believe how many advances in technology we have seen. I have to say that the one that I think I will be most grateful for is Skype. As my children venture out into the world, I think it will be an excellent way to keep in contact with them. Not only will I be able to talk to them, but see them as well. I wonder what can top this.
Thing 6
I had seen this before, but had no idea how to do it. I love it. After six small lessons, I feel as though I know so much more and I am not even half way there. Fun and interesting stuff.
