I definitely believe in life-long learning.  I think that we always need to be open to learning new things and taking on new challenges.  Most importantly, learning from each other.  Sometimes it isn't easy especially in a world in which technology is changing so rapidly.  However, it is better to do things  in bits and pieces as opposed to not doing it at all.  It is opportunities such as these that are so valuable. I think the easiest thing for me is to Keep the End in Mind.  Setting a goal is easy, it is figuring out how to get there that sometimes is challenging.
